   • Details of your request or complaint
   • Images or videos to support the complaint with Batch details clearly visible
2. Provide required images/videos:
   • Non-sealed/leaking/broken products
   • Spillage (if any)
   • Mono-carton and outer packaging
   • Tampered seals (if applicable)
   • Empty/faulty/missing products or wrong product delivered
3. Await our response: We will review your request and respond within 3 working days.
   
   

Return Guidelines:

• Returns must be in a saleable and undamaged condition, in their original packaging.
• We will issue a product exchange or refund, depending on your request and our assessment.
• In case of an exchange, we will arrange for a reverse pick-up of the product.
